Initial Project Plan (Gantt chart)

This an image of a Gantt chart. A Gantt chart is a visual representation of a project schedule. It displays tasks and the progress of these tasks. Additionally, it displays the various of timelines of different tasks and bars. It is one of the most commonly used tools for Project management. For instance heavy building projects which include bridges, dams, highways or software development projects and other projects.
